Literally 200 metres from the ocean, a short stroll down the road will take you to the majestic Atlantic Ocean and a number of sandy beaches ideal for soaking up the delicious African sun. Take a leisurely 4km walk along the seaside promenade to the V&A Waterfront whilst spotting whales, dolphins and seals along the way. The new Green Point stadium is a mere 5 minute drive away.

GOLF

For the golf enthusiasts, there are a number of world-class golf courses situated within the greater Cape Town area. A dedicated safe storage facility is available at the hotel for clubs, bags and other golfing paraphernalia.

THINGS TO DO IN CAPE TOWN

There are unspoilt mountain trails and exquisite coastal walks. You can hang glide, scuba dive, or sea kayak locally. For the gym fundies, the nearby health clubs will satisfy your energetic souls. For a bit of indulgence, there is a variety of spa’s to choose from within close proximity to the hotel.

Take a vigorous hike up Table Mountain or, alternatively the cable car will get you to the top in a couple of minutes. Visit historical Robben Island or sample some of the country’s finest wines in the Constantia, Stellenbosch, Paarl or Franschhoek regions.

Take a picnic basket to the world renowned Kirstenbosch botanical gardens, and if shopping is your thing, the famous V&A Waterfront is just a short distance away. For a small fee, there is a shuttle to transport you to and from the V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk shopping centres. An updated timetable is available at reception for your convenience. The nearby markets, shopping centres, theatres, cinemas and vibrant night-life will guarantee to keep you well entertained during your stay.
