Accommodating up to 66 pax in boardroom, 200 in school room and 260 in cinema style set up while boasting superlative advance multi-media technology, this convention centre is the most sophisticated facility available in the Hazyview conference circuit. The room is 18.5 metres long and 14.5 metres wide with a floot to ceiling height of 3 metres - perfect for large scale events such as exhibitions and car launches. In addition, the state-of-the-art air-conditioned Ilanga Conference and Function Centre incorporates a business centre, two breakaway rooms and two offices. Set in a tranquil garden with natural light and opening windows, this venue is ideal for meetings and conferences.

Simon’s Town Quayside Hotel offers two fully equipped conference centres – the Drakensberg Conference facility catering for groups of up to 60 delegates and boasting the most advanced amenities with the additional advantage of the Protea Conference area as a breakaway room.
The smaller Outeniqua Conference facility caters for up to fifteen delegates. This upmarket and private venue is ideal for business discussions and think tanks. An adjacent private lounge is available for delegate use only.
The Conference centres are equipped with overhead projector, flip charts, whiteboards and stationary microphone on request. Additional equipment can be supplied at a nominal fee.
The boardroom accommodates up to twelve delegates and is equipped with TV, video, overhead projector, flip charts and whiteboards. Additional equipment can be supplied at a minimal charge.
